Do you guys have any modded consoles? Did you slap a custom paint job over your piss yellow SNES? Here is the place to show them off!

I'm usually not a big fan of custom art on consoles (especially the awful ones you usually see on the model 2 Genesis) but even I have to admit this one looks amazing.

I have a TG-16 with an AV mod that I've been talking about on Twitter all week, as I'm sure you've seen. My Everdrive came today, so after this baseball game I am going to play some TG finally!

Where did you order your Everdrive? I see them on Ebay here and there, usually earlier versions, and of course Stone Age Gamer has them new. Trying to decide if I really need the latest version or if I can just snag one cheaper on Ebay. Back on topic, check out this Genesis:

I think there was a white Mega Drive. I see official Sega 3-button white controllers from time to time on the Internet. Unless they just made white controllers for some reason.

In Britain there was/is a popular brand of Computer called Amstrad known for being shall we say not so great. They did however make this beauty known as the Mega PC that had a white controller: Not sure if there were any other white controllers like this.

Lol, Thank You! I've been seeing those on occasion and thought maybe they did make a white Mega Drive. Mystery solved.

It was 69$ and took under 2 weeks to arrive. It is the v1, I've actually heard that the v2 is having issues. The people I've spoken with who have both say despite the slightly longer load times, they prefer the v1, so I went with that. Very happy with it so far.

Cool I'll do some research on the v2 problems. The main reason I want one is to play some of my favorite rom hack titles and maybe save myself from having to buy certain repros that I could live without.

We already have a modification/customization thread here, yay. Clicking on other links does a body good, w00t. If I can ever find a nicely tattooed SNES or whatever, but it's not mine, you guys cool if I post it here? I mean, who knows, I might get that creative, but I'm awful with scissors and most sharp objects, so that's not likely.

I think I know what your talking about. The tattoos. They kind of remind you of the texture of iron-on? Lol, that's the best way I can describe it.

Yes, those tattoos/decals, those are the ones. Some are thicker material than others, just depends on what it is and what it's for. Mine doesn't need it, but I think I know of a cheap super yellowed SNES somewhere that could use a makeover, if it's still available. This has me curious now. I'll have to get one of my more talented friends or family members to do the creative artsy stuff, but I can apply decals like nobody's business! lol ... I'll keep you posted if I get to pursue this project.

It doesn't have to be your own work, we just want to see any awesome modifications anyone happens to come across. Check this out: It's like the artwork on the side of your van jumped right onto your Sega
