What are some of your favorite non traditional explanations for paranormal occurances and phenomemon? Here's one as an example to show you what I mean.
Some people believe that the "aliens" visiting earth really aren't aliens at all but are actually from a hidden civilization under the sea. Possibly atlantean? There are actually some sightings of craft heading to the ocean and disappearing beneath the water. What do you think?

That's an interesting theory on the real origins of aliens. One of my favorite theories on the grey type of aliens are that they are actually a distant evolution of ourselves, so advanced that they have figured out time travel and a level of physics that we can't even comprehend at this time. Some think they are visiting the past to make sure we don't end up killing ourselves somehow (if we die out, then they do too because we wouldn't have made it long enough to evolve into them). Or that they are simply visiting as a sort of history lesson because they are from so very far in the future that they barely have records of the things we've done and achieved.

Here's another really "out there" theory.
So when I was a kid I was all about Bigfoot and documentaries about them. As time went on though I became discouraged that this creature has never been truly discovered to be real. When a new Bigfoot documentary comes out these days I tend to approach completely as a skeptic (if I even watch it at all). I mean, there would have to be a thriving population for these things to still exist right and where could they possibly be hiding? The forests (in north America at least) aren't like the depths of the ocean where 90% of it is basically impossible for it to be explored. If Bigfoot was real then someone would have seen something or found some tangible remains by now.
That's where this theory comes into play. I read that a lot of people suggest that Bigfoots possess some sort of psychic ability that basically allows them camouflage from our perceptions and to a greater extent our photography and other methods of detection. Supposedly to people that believe this theory, Bigfoot is aware of us and is able to mask himself from being detected by any means.
Kind of out there huh? To me it seems like a grasping attempt to keep the search for Bigfoot alive but who knows?

I fully expect you to go missing soon after revealing that much truth.

I fully expect you to go missing soon after revealing that much truth. I'm still here, and therefor have just about completely given up on Bigfoot

I dunno. I've always been fascinated by Bigfoot theories, even as a kid. It's just crazy that the proof isn't out there that they have dens in the mountains and woods, etc. I've heard everything from that they are really an alien race to that they're inter-dimensional beings that travel among planes to prevent detection. I don't think the truth is that blasted complicated if they exist, personally. I think they could be intelligent, but I don't think they're so advanced that they use cloaking devices, time travel, dimensional planes, etc.

It's hard to put into perspective, but are there really parts of North American forests unexplored by man? It's not like it's the bottom of the ocean so it's physically impossible to explore at this point.
I'm just saying, where else good bigfoot be hiding in an environment like that.
In terms of a yeti hiding in the mountains of Tibet, that might be a bit more possible. Food would be really scarce though which tends to be the weakness in that argument.
In other news, what do you guys think about the theory of hidden alien bases on the moon?

I think the moon is a lie. It's just the other side of the sun.
