You could always look into making your own cases. You can buy dozens of white dvd cases for cheap and the coverproject has everything in dvd case size. The Saturn art printed from the cover project looks great in a white dvd case. I did this for my Legend of Oasis since the front panel of my tall box got busted. |

I've already accepted I'll need to do this with several games. As much as the OCD collector in me wants CIB only Saturn games it's just not financially reasonable (or responsible while we're at it) to pay up $50 more for a game when I could do this instead. I've seen the end result, they look really good. |

Just wanted to let you guys know while searching around for an Action Replay cart for my Saturn the cheapest option I've found so far is on Amazon. Seller on there has them listed for $27.00. That sound pretty good? You guys know of any cheaper anywhere before I pull the trigger?

I think collecting for the Saturn on a budget forces you to by imports, lol. Anything that's not text heavy I can enjoy with the moon language I'm def importing because it's usually cheaper. For example just ordered my first imports: ClockWork Knight 1 & 2 both CIB for $22. The US version is pulling anywhere from $25-$35 so it was a no brainer.
i just thought about something...I wonder if OutRun is compatible with the Saturn Wheel!?!? Holy crap, holy crap, holy crap that would be so damn cool.

Aside from some RPGs most of everything you'd probably care to import really wouldn't matter what language they're in. Especially if you pick up all the great 2D fighters that came out for the system. I'm hungry for some X-Men vs. Street Fighter.

So Clockwork Knight is pretty cool. Very simple Platformer but the first game seems a bit rushed, the second game is where it's at. Everything just looks better and they do some really cool effects in the levels showing off what the Saturn can do. Anyone looking to purchase these games I have to suggest importing. They are much cheaper, you can usually find them bundled together and the first game just isn't worth the $30 the US version is pulling these days.

I've read that the second one improved a lot upon what the company learned from its mistakes with the original game. Glad you're enjoying it! I need to find a full copy of Clockwork Knight 2 sometime.

I had forgotten about this one, it's on my wish list. There are several Japanese only games for the Saturn that are really cool. It's about 50/50 if they are cheap or super expensive tho

I swear I passed on this game a few months ago because it was so cheap so I didn't feel the need to rush and purchase it. Did someone tell the Turbo collectors Hudson made a game for the Saturn or something? I know those collectors wouldn't feel like they got their money's worth unless they pay over $100.00 for it. Damn it all. |
