Over the years its become a big subject on how video games and real world violence is connected or not. Over the weekend tragedy almost came about when two men almost entered the pokemon world championship in Boston armed and dangerous ready to "kill the competition" they stated on social media. Police apprehended the two before entering and found they had 4 large loaded weopons, hundreds of ammo, and large hunting knives. Thankfully these two were stopped before hundreds of young gamers were fatally injured.
The reason I bring up this subject is what the news or politicians will blam the motive of this crime on. I know it was a pokemon tournament but they dont see it that way. They only see that it was a gathering for video games. I hope im wrong but im just waiting on this to be fuel for any politician campaign or even what trump said before about video games.
I know video games can be violent and such. And alot of parents should watch what their kids are playing. Whats your guys opinion on this subject? Gaming has had its history with the birth of the rating system due to mortal kombat and night trap and the tragic shooting of columbin high school revolving around Doom. Share your thoughts!

I seriously don't know what the fuck Trump is talking about. There have been TONS of research done on this subject and the end analysis is usually close to the same. The data just not there nobody can directly link playing violent videogames to violence in real life. What a dickbutt.

If you dont want cyber violence or to be cyber bullied on the internet then dont establish yourself on there.
Log off of facebook for a change,
dont send naked pics to someone,
dont go meet a dude 20 years older than you and two states over,
dont post your phone number,
spell check everything before you call someone out on spelling,
dont open your mouth on 4chan,
matter of fact stay away from 4chan.
These are just a few survival tips that people cant comprehend.

LMAO well said sir.
I just can't believe with all the studies against the connection of violence with video games they are actually digging in to take another stab at it. If you ever get a chance check out Penn & Teller's Bullshit episode Violence and VideoGames. Amazing show (although I don't agree with everything on there) and they make great points on that episode along with an interesting experiment. It's on YouTube so check it out!

I've been punching people's lights out since I played Shatterhand... I was compelled to do the same! But I decided against it because I don't have a pair of those cool shades.
