Use this thread to let us know what your currently searching for your collection. We can also use this thread to help out other fellow collectors. Example: if I know George is looking for a copy of Cyborg Justice and I find one on Amazon really cheap, I could let him know on the thread!

Here are a few that I'm keeping my out for: (also I should mention I'm only collecting for the Genesis atm)
Battletoads - I'm always on the look-out for new beat em ups so Battletoads just makes sense to want, lol, unfortunately because of Rare Re-Play the Toads are pretty trendy at the moment and loose carts are selling for around $30. I'll keep my eye on it to take a down swing in price.
Dinosaurs For Hire - I really like the box art for this game so I'm actually trying to get a boxed copy if possible. It's not particularly expensive so just have to catch it at a good time. It's a great game and I've wanted to get it for a while but it gets put on the back burner because I find something else I want more, lmao
Garfield:Caught in the Act - people went a little crazy for this game a few months ago, I seen some listing it for $40+! Thankfully cooler heads prevailed and it's back down cheap again and I would like to have it because the actual Garfield sprite they used in the game looks so amazing. Kinda like a cartoon. Prolly just gonna grab a loose cart.
Sonic 3 & Sonic & Knuckles - how I've collected for this long and still don't have these games I'm not sure but it's time to grab em!

Wow is that Garfield game really good? I wasn't even aware that people were looking out for it. Unrelated, but how cool would an orange cartridge with Garfield ears and black stripes be?
You should hit up 2 Dudes for Sonic 3 & knuckles, I think you could complete it for probably under 15. They seem to be pretty common.
The games I'm looking for will unfortunately never show up at a random yard sale or flea market stall because they had no US release outside of the Sega Channel that is. So I'll end up going the repro route on these:
Alien Soldier
Pulseman
If you're a Genesis fan and you haven't played either of those then you owe it to yourself to try them as soon as possible.
As for games with an actual release:
Burning Force
Shadow of the Beast
Streets of Rage 3.

You should give Garfield a go via emulation, I'm curious to see what you think about it. I usually just demo games on the Wii so I feel like I get my money's worth when I buy a physical cart so I didn't play it to much. It doesn't suck but what really impressed me were the graphics and animation, it's pretty darn cool. I've actually seen a complete copy at the Flea Market but that lady priced when everybody was after it (think she has $25 or $30 on it) but it's back down to around $15 CIB on eBay so my interest in getting a copy is up.
Burning Force is sooooooo cool. We may have to have a dance off to see who gets it if we're together and find it in the wild! Ha ha, that free 32X says you get first dibs apparently.

I want a copy of Shenmue II for Dreamcast. I really regret not getting one recently because they were too bad but thanks to the Shenmue III announcement they have sky rocketed.

After reading Fist's post I want to add Battlemania 2 to my wish list. This was a Jap only release on the MegaDrive so I'll have to go the repro route to play it but everyone says it's better than the original so being a fan of Battlemania/Trouble Shooter, I GOTTA HAVE IT! Lol

I finally have the console I have been chasing for years, a Sega CD. However, I'm struggling to find hookups. I'll probably hit up eBay, but sometimes you have to be careful on there as far as retro hookups. I'm also looking for TMNT: Turtles in Time for SNEs and Mario Kart 64. I'd rather not pay $40 for each of them, but it's looking like I'll have to at some point, lol.

Ooooo, yeah those are some pricey titles. I'm pretty sure everyone wants Turtles in Time and Hyperstone Heist but dang they are so expensive! I've seen a couple of people making repros of Hyperstone for around $20 so I may eventually go that route until I can find an affordable copy.
Hit up the set-up help and questions thread for your Sega CD, I had to get my friends help me get everything together when I got mine as well so we can probably help out if you have any questions about what you need.

The worst Hyper Stone Heist I've ever seen was at a fighting game tournament I went to in Roanoke where a "vendor" set up retro gaming wares. They had a copy that looked water logged and had 65 on it :/
If you don't mind it not being legit, I can point you in the direction of an ebayer that sells the russian repos. You can get titles like Hyper Stone Heist for around 12 to 15. He seems to only carry Genesis games though. Partly because SNES games are harder to reproduce and I don't think the SNES really ever took off there either.

I'll do just that about the Set Up thread, Brandon. Thanks!
I've never played Hyper Stone Heist. So now of course I'm curious because it's harder to find and costs more, lol.

Hyper stone heist is so much fun!! Its not turtles in time but it does have its own original stages and music. When you make it to shredders secret hideout the music will pump you up!!
Their is russian copies of hyper stone but watch cause their is also an original russian turtles game that was made thats uber terrible.

Turtles in Time is generally considered better, but Hyper Stone Heist is pretty much the exact same game, minus a few stages but it does have some original stages the SNES one doesn't have. It also has a boss rush stage thats pretty fun to play through.

You're making Hyper Stone Heist sound better and better, RetroGeorge and Christie! I'm really going to have to look into this game.
