I didn't know Dinosaurs for Hire was a comic book
I absolutely love the paintings they used to do for Atari game covers. Especially space game ones that look like they would fit right on the cover of a science fiction novel.
I'm not sure what this is supposed to be but I really like the artwork. Pretty sure this is not a real game
LOL ... the "rainbow tennis" is actually the cover for Super Breakout, minus the hilariously semi-accurate title. XD Ohhhh that makes sense now! I see the reflection of the game in his helmet now. I like this cover even more now!

I like this cover even more now! Indeed! It's a pretty decent game, too. And the paddle controllers are definitely preferable in this game, for sure!! Much smoother back and forth movement than with the joystick controller. Interestingly enough, the first game, Breakout, actually had tennis players on the cover instead of astronauts.

You got to love this classic cover with Marle doing the wrong type of magic. Still an amazing picture. I have a poster of this somewhere.

I love how Capcom actually aknowledged the fact that their Mega Man box art from back in the day was terrible and did a purposefully terrible cover for Mega Man 9 when it premiered. This just looks amazing.

As you can see from my avatar I love this cover. For some reason this reminds me of the old transformers and GI Joe illustrations they used for posters and toy boxes.

Those 2 are a trip. Phalanx has been discussed to death but I just can't even begin on that Street Hockey.

This is another fake but it is one of my all time favorite games. It looks so cute too. I wish this was real.

Phalanx has such a strange cover but it works perfectly in its favor. I believe this was the first SNES game I ever rented, specifically because of that cover. I remember seeing it and thinking "what the hell is that?" Of course I picked it up and saw the screens on the back and just had to rent it. That cover is just so eye grabbing.
